As Chief Executive Officer of Siemens IT Solutions and Services, Inc., John E. Evers, Jr. is responsible for establishing the vision and implementing the growth strategy for this US and Canada multi-million dollar division of Siemens AG. Mr. Evers is chartered with leading this high performance organization into the High Value Service market leveraging Siemens’ capabilities in Data Center, Application Services and Consulting.
Prior to joining Siemens Mr. Evers was with Hewlett Packard, an organization he joined in 2004, where he held positions from Vice President and General Manager of HP’s Americas Outsourcing business, to ultimately become Hewlett Packard’s Vice President of Worldwide Outsourcing Sales.
Prior to Hewlett Packard Mr. Evers was Vice President for the Media and Entertainment Industry in IBM’s Global Services Business. Mr. Evers spent 19 years with the IBM Corporation, in a series of progressively responsible sales, business development and executive roles. Throughout his career he has constructed services agreements valued at over $16 billion in total contract value and managed relationships with hundreds of clients.
Mr. Evers holds a B.S. in Marketing from the Pamplin School of Business at Virginia Tech. He and his family reside in Richmond, Virginia.
