
Senior Vice President & General Manager of Siemens Energy Inc., North American Transmission and Distribution Divisions
David Pacyna is Senior Vice President & General Manager of Siemens Energy Inc., North American Transmission and Distribution Divisions. He has served in this capacity since 2002. Dave came to SPT&D from Siemens Westinghouse Power Corporation (SWPC) in Orlando, where, he was a member of the senior management team and served as the Vice President in charge of Global Business Strategy. SPT&D is a leading provider of transmission & distribution technology and solutions, serving electric utility and industrial customers throughout the United States and around the world. SPT&D operates in the U.S. from five major locations and a number of satellite facilities to deliver manufactured product, developed software solutions, systems engineering expertise, T&D network analysis/consulting, turnkey project execution, and complete service capability.
Dave began his career in the power industry in 1984 at the Westinghouse Electric Corporation. When Siemens acquired Westinghouse from CBS in August 1998, he was the vice president of power generation sales for Latin America and Canada and in 1999, was named vice president in charge of global business strategy. He has extensive international experience within the power industry, having led project development, and sales and marketing efforts in Europe, Africa, the Middle East, the former Soviet Union, Turkey, Canada, and Latin and South America.
Dave is also currently serving as a member of the U.S. National Executive Committee of CIGRE. He is a Member of the Board of the Power Equipment Division of the National Electric Manufacturers Association (NEMA).
Dave holds a BS degree in mechanical engineering from Union College in Schenectady, NY. He and his wife, Andrea, reside in Raleigh, North Carolina, with their two children.

Randy H Zwirn is CEO, Energy Service Division of Siemens AG, Energy Sector, a position he assumed in January 2008. He also serves as President and CEO of Siemens Energy, Inc., with regional responsibility for the overall Energy Sector in the Americas.
Prior to his most recent position, Mr. Zwirn was a member of the Group Executive Management of the Siemens Power Generation Group, a position he held since 1998.
Prior to 1998, Mr. Zwirn served as President of the Power Generation business of Westinghouse Electric Corporation, a position he was appointed to in January 1996. Siemens acquired the Westinghouse Power Generation business in 1998.
Mr. Zwirn held various positions in general management, operations, projects, marketing and corporate finance at Westinghouse. He was elected a Corporate Officer of Westinghouse in 1995.
Mr. Zwirn joined Westinghouse Electric in 1976 and has spent most of his career in positions of increasing responsibility within the Power Generation and Energy businesses.
He currently serves on the Advisory Committee for the Export-Import Bank of the United States, the Georgia Tech Advisory Board as well as on the Governor’s Council of the Metro Orlando Economic Development Commission. He previously served on the Board of Directors of AREVA, USA and The University of Central Florida Foundation.
Mr. Zwirn holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from Brooklyn College.
