Siemens Caring Hands

Siemens Caring Hands Logo

Siemens Caring Hands is the company-wide effort that links employees across the country, believing that one inspired person can make a difference, but together we can change the world.

The Siemens Caring Hands Foundation is a not-for-profit organization recognized under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. The organization was established for purposes of receiving, maintaining and disbursing funds for sponsoring and encouraging charitable activities.

Through various activities, Siemens Caring Hands mobilizes employees to donate their time and talents to worthy causes to carry out Siemens' commitment to impact the communities in which we live and work through volunteerism.

 

Caring Hands Day

Caring Hands Day

Held annually in October, Caring Hands Day enables teams of employees to participate in projects such as Habitat for Humanity, Walk for the Cure, and community beautification, among many others.

 

Caring Hands at Work

Caring Hands at Work

Caring Hands at Work encompasses a variety of community service activities that enable employees to participate in the workplace, including Giving campaigns, Blood drives, Holiday food and gift collections, etc.

 

Caring Hands Disaster Relief

Caring Hands Disaster Relief involves employee fund raising in response to natural or local, national or global disasters that impact our employees, operations or business partners. Such campaigns may be initiated by the Siemens Caring Hands Foundation on a need basis when disaster and employee interest merits response on a company-wide basis.

 

Community Excellence Awards

Community Excellence Awards

The Caring Hands Community Excellence Awards are sponsored by the Siemens Caring Hands Foundation and recognize teams of employee volunteers who undertake outstanding and innovative community service projects. In recognition of each team's efforts, the Award includes a cash grant donation for the non-profit organization of involvement.
