Our Employee Resource Groups are voluntary associations organized by employees who share common interests, experiences and perspectives. They are independent, self-sustaining organizations that enrich our professional community, promote the spirit of inclusion, connection, awareness, and understanding of diverse groups within the workforce and are aligned to support Siemens' business strategies and initiatives as well as members' objectives.
Each Employee Resource Group: provides support and networking opportunities such as mentoring, recruiting, career development, and working in the community; assists in other activities that promote cultural awareness; provides outreach to diverse communities among Siemens' customers; and facilitates communication between employees of diverse backgrounds and Siemens management.
